CANCELLATION , MODIFICATION & REFUND POLICY:

A refund (of the advance for reservations) will be applicable depending on the time when the request for cancellation or modification is made, below is the time differences how retention charges will be applicable.

For 1 to 4 rooms :

Between 0- 48 Hrs of Expected Check-in - 100% of the Guaranteed Revenue (No Refund) Before 48 Hours from Expected Check-in – No charge (Refundable)

FOR GOUP BOOKINGS :

Between 0 - 14 days from Expected Check-in - 100% of the Guaranteed Revenue (No Refund)

Between 14 - 30 days from Expected Check-in - 50% of the Guaranteed Revenue (50% Refund)

Between 31 - 60 days from Expected Check-in - 25% of the Guaranteed Revenue (75% Refund)

Before 60 days from Expected Check-in – No charge (Refundable)

(Group is a booking of 5 rooms & More booked for a single Group or through a single agency, for similar check-in & check-Out dates, irrespective of the number of names the booking is made in)

NO SHOW POLICY:

In-case of no-show 100% charge for the total guaranteed revenue will be applicable , but the room will be held vacant only for 24Hours from the check-in time, the hotel reserves the right to use the room after that.

CANCELLATION & AMENDMENT OF BOOKINGS:

You may cancel your booking over the telephone with the help of our travel advisors. Call us at +918740857999 all days of the week between 11am to 6pm. Or enter your reservation details to manage your booking.

Please note the refund will be processed within 15 working days post sending an email request to the concerned hotel and hotelflowersinn@gmail.com with reservation number of the cancelled booking. If in case the payment for the Cancelled booking has been done through NEFT mode of payment, please share a scan copy of a cancelled cheque to the hotel’s email and hotelflowersinn@gmail.com along with the reservation number of the booking.
